The MacRaider blog is here!
I thought it was about time to start a blog for those things that may be Tomb Raider or games related but don't merit a news entry on MacRaider. Stay tuned for a trickle of (probably) marginally interesting stuff. Or don't.
Just a test to see if Safari 1.3.2 handles comments correctly. If you see this, then it does, but earlier versions of Safari may not. If so then try Firefox.

This is by no means a comprehensive list of useful software, but I use all the following packages on a more or less regular basis on my dual G4 MDD Power Mac in OS X 10.3.9, and have found them all functional and useful (in some cases I'm using older versions so some current versions may not be compatible with OS X 10.3.9). Check for compatibility with your particular Mac and system - most should have universal versions for Intel Macs - but you may find that some (such as MacJanitor) haven't been updated for some time. These include freeware, shareware, and commercial software.
Internet Camino - native Mac browser Paparazzi! - webpage screenshots
Multimedia Amadeus - audio editor Flip4Mac - Win media plugin for QuickTime iSquint - iPod & TV video converter Photoshop Elements - surprisingly powerful budget version of Photoshop VLC - video player WireTap - audio recorder
Miscellaneous Google Earth - comprehensive time-waster Mactracker - Mac & Apple database Toast - optical disk burning
I'm an Australian of anglo-celtic heritage born in Melbourne in October 1949. I'm best known for my Mac Tomb Raider site MacRaider - the leading Mac TR site since March 1999.
